These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services offered under RHOE Coaching & Facilitation – O. Apostolou (operated by Xanthoula Apostolou) and to the use of this website.

1) Coaching scope

Coaching is a collaborative process to support reflection, clarity, decision-making, and change. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare. If you need medical or mental health support, please contact a qualified professional.

2) Booking and format

Sessions are booked via cal.com and typically take place online (e.g., Zoom or another agreed platform). You are responsible for ensuring a private space and stable connection.

3) Fees and payment (upfront)

Fees are communicated on this website or in writing. Packages are payable in full and in advance.
After the consultation, you will receive:

  • a coaching agreement, and

  • payment details or payment details (banking transfer or TWINT).

Coaching sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

4) Rescheduling and cancellations (24 hours)

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as early as possible.

  • Changes 24 hours or more before the session: no fee

  • Cancellations/rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: the session fee may be fully retained and counts as used.

If I need to cancel a session, you can reschedule or (if applicable) receive a refund for prepaid unused sessions.

5) Confidentiality

I treat what you share in coaching as confidential. Confidentiality may be limited where there is a serious risk of harm, or where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.

6) Notes

I may take minimal notes to support the coaching process. These notes are kept confidential and are not shared without your consent, unless required by law.

7) No guarantees

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

8) Liability

Coaching involves reflection and decision-making support. You remain solely responsible for your actions, choices, and outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RHOE Coaching & Facilitation – O. Apostolou and Xanthoula Apostolou:

  • exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and

  • exclude liability for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational loss, or similar losses, even if foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, in cases of intent or gross negligence, where relevant).

9) Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
