Hi, I’m Olina

I’m a trained life coach. Originally from Greece, I now live in Zurich, Switzerland. I also bring more than 10 years of experience in banking, which has given me a strong understanding of the pressures, expectations, and complexity many professionals navigate.

I work with people who want to make more intentional choices about how they live and work, especially when life feels full, unclear, or pulled by expectations.

My path to coaching

For a long time, I followed the path that seemed expected. On the outside, it made sense. Yet inside, something didn’t always feel quite right. I often found myself resisting without fully understanding why.

Over time, certain questions became harder to ignore: How do I want to spend my time? What matters enough to shape the way I live and work?

Those questions eventually led me to coaching training, not initially as a professional orientation, but because I wanted to better understand how people find their way through uncertainty, decisions, and change.

What I found was a practice: slowing down, listening more carefully, and making choices that feel more intentional.

Coaching, for me, is a process of wayfinding; finding your way forward with more intention and agency.

Sometimes the most important step is simply pausing long enough to notice what truly matters.

What shapes my coaching

Two values guide my work: freedom and human connection. I care about the freedom to think independently, to choose deliberately, and to live in a way that feels true to oneself. I also believe in the power of thoughtful conversation and deep listening.

My role is not to hand out solutions, but to help you hear your own answers more clearly with questions, reflection, and practical tools. I don’t claim to have everything figured out. What I bring instead is curiosity, perspective, and the ability to create space where people can think clearly about their next steps. I do believe that good coaching can open doors we didn’t know were there.
