This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of this website and to individuals who contact RHOE Coaching & Facilitation – O. Apostolou (operated by Xanthoula Apostolou), book sessions, pay for services, or subscribe to the newsletter. It explains how personal data is collected and used in these contexts.

2) Why I use your data
I use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries

  • schedule and deliver coaching services

  • process payments and manage invoicing/accounting

  • support continuity in coaching (minimal notes)

  • send newsletters if you opt in (via Substack)

  • cal.com (scheduling and appointment management)

  • Stripe (payment processing; I do not receive full card details)

  • TWINT (payment processing; may process identifiers such as phone number)

  • bexio (invoicing and accounting)

  • Substack (newsletter subscriptions and delivery)

These providers may process personal data as part of delivering their services.

As part of my professional development and, where applicable, coach training and certification (for example, through ICF-aligned education, mentor coaching, or supervision), I may reflect on my coaching work. If I use examples from coaching conversations for learning purposes, I will do so in an anonymised way (no name, no identifying details) wherever reasonably possible.

If identifiable information would ever be necessary (which is uncommon), I will seek your explicit consent in advance.

8) Privacy Policy on children
This website and my services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data via this website, please contact me at contact@rhoecoaching.com and I will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9) How long I keep data
I keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by legal or accounting retention obligations.
